The Office of the Regulator in a public notice issued its toll-free number of 800-6687 for members of the public that have concerns and to lodge complaints concerning services of all the enterprises they regulate.
This includes the quality of service, tariffs and coverage of the telecommunications networks; broadcasting networks; the Electrical and Power Corporation and the Postal Services.
Endorsed by Regulator, Lematua Gisa Fuata'i-Purcell the public statement, says the toll free number can be reached from any telecommunication provider network during office working hours and encourages the public’s input in order to better improve these services.
