Samoa had three Christmas babies.

Two that were delivered at the Tupua Tamasese Meaole and one at the Lalomanu district hospital.

The first baby was born on wee hours of Christmas, at 12:06am. He tipped the scale at 8 pounds and was the perfect Christmas Day present for his mother as he is her first child. The family is from Saluafata.

Two hours later the second Christmas baby made her grand entrance at exactly 1:52am.

There were no other Christmas babies recorded from the hospital in Savaii as well as the Clinics in the villages, aside from Lalomanu hospital.
